Built on the proven Bazooka hull-form and shaped by over 50 years of whitewater expertise, this compact 8'10" kayak delivers the maneuverability and edge control of a dedicated whitewater boat — without the need for a spraydeck or cockpit. Stable enough to build confidence on moving water, yet responsive enough to eddie hop and play in the holes, the Catalyst 88 is the ideal gateway to whitewater paddling for sit-on-top enthusiasts and a genuinely capable river boat for seasoned paddlers. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, it comes equipped with adjustable thigh straps, an 8" storage hatch, and rugged attachment points — everything you need to get on the river and style it out.

Tootega have taken this great hull and blended it with over 50 years of whitewater paddling experience within our own design team, along with our specialist construction and sit on top expertise, to create one of the most fun and most versatile boats out there!
